1. DEFINITIONS

"Client," "You," and "Your": Refers to the individual or entity using our services.
2. SERVICES
We offer a variety of insurance and retirement planning services, including but not limited to:
- Medicare & Medicare Supplement – Helping you navigate Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Medigap coverage with confidence.
- Life Insurance – Providing final expense, term, and permanent coverage to protect your family’s future.
- Long-Term, Short-Term & Home Health Care – Offering coverage options for nursing care, rehabilitation, and in-home assistance.
- Annuities – Creating guaranteed lifetime income through fixed and indexed annuities.
- Retirement Planning – Delivering holistic retirement strategies that include income planning, tax efficiency, and Social Security optimization.
- Specialized Health Care – Including dental, vision, hearing, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans.
Specific details, timelines, and deliverables for each service will be outlined in a separate agreement between us and the client.
3. USER ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.
4. PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and payment terms are outlined in our agreements or proposals with the client. Payment is due within the agreed timeframe specified in our invoices or at the time of purchasing a service or policy. Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as outlined in the invoice or agreement.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials created by CT Retirement Solutions, including but not limited to educational content, brochures, graphics, and planning documents, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for the purposes specified in our agreement. The client warrants that any content provided to us does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the business relationship. Confidential information includes financial details, medical information, policy data, business strategies, and any other proprietary information not publicly known.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Retire With Medicare will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. In no event will our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Retire With Medicare harmless against all claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our website or services may contain links to third-party websites or resources, which are not under our control. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or accuracy of any linked websites and do not endorse these services.
10. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services after the updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material obligation and fails to rectify it within a reasonable time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are payable immediately.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Connecticut, USA.
